Summers can be unbearably hot and you just do not seem to be able to have body cooling no matter what you try. For ages, you have meant to install some cooling system of an USB fan for your home or even just an air conditioner in your bedroom, but somehow it was winter at the time and so this was not a priority on the list of ‘things to do’. Outdoors you use it with four AA alkaline batteries and indoors you simply plug it into a power outlet to use.
